About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Retail Merchandiser to join our team at eXPD8. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective display of products and promotions in high street retailers on behalf of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure fixtures are set up effectively and products are displayed attractively
  • Responsible for ensuring shelves are well-stocked and products are replenished as needed
  • Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with instore colleagues, particularly department and store managers
  • Provide accurate and timely feedback to our client account teams
Requirements
  • Experience of merchandising, retail, and/or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and use own initiative to find solutions
  • Take pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients
  • Comfortable with manual handling and able to move and arrange products from warehouse to shopfloor
  • Full UK driving license and access to a car required
