Job Opportunity:

Are you passionate about supporting the delivery of outdoor and sporting events?

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting projects from concept to completion, including build and de-rig onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site visits to ensure smooth project execution
  • Preparation of quotes and costing for clients
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Collaboration with external crew to ensure successful project outcomes
  • On-site presence for installations and de-rigging


Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will have experience in the production of outdoor and sporting events, with a focus on structures, branding, wayfinding, or tech within events. You will be a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
