We are seeking a passionate and patient individual to join our team as a Cook Volunteer at our supported living service in Surbiton. As a Cook Volunteer, you will play a vital role in helping our service users gain the cooking skills they need to live more independently.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in preparing meals for our service users
- Help to develop cooking skills and confidence in our service users
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure a safe and supportive environment
- Communicate effectively with our service users and staff
- Passion for food and cooking
- Confidence using culinary equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with others
- Punctuality and reliability
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection procedures
