Transforming Waste into Opportunity

Biffa is revolutionizing the way we think about waste management. As a Baler Operative at our Edmonton site, you'll play a vital role in turning waste into sustainable power and reducing our environmental footprint.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for operating balers and fixed plant equipment, maintaining 5S standards, and adhering to company health and safety protocols. You'll also complete daily paperwork, including bale counts and defect checks.

Requirements

We're looking for a proactive and organized individual with experience in operating fixed plant in an industrial environment. You'll need to be a good timekeeper, team player, and able to work independently. Awareness of health and safety regulations is essential, and experience in the waste or recycling industry is a plus.
