Job Title: Support Worker for Young Girl with Autism

We are seeking dedicated and caring individuals to provide support to a 10-year-old girl with Autism in the local community.

About the Role:
  • Support the girl to access the local community and interact with her in her family home.
  • Assist with daily activities such as reading, playing, and homework.
  • Encourage her interests in dancing, music, and puzzles.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the girl to remain independent and engaged in social and leisure activities.
  • Provide assistance with daily tasks and activities.
Training and Support:
  • Essential PA Guide
  • Safeguarding Adults/Children
  • Understanding Challenging Behaviour
  • Food Hygiene
  • First Aid
  • Hand Hygiene
  • Autism/Aspergers
Working Hours:

8 hours per week per Support Worker, with an additional 4 hours per week per Support Worker during school holidays.

£12 per hour.

Hours to be arranged with the employer, with flexibility to discuss and agree on a schedule that suits both parties.

We are looking for:
  • Compassionate and patient individuals who can provide high-quality support.
  • Someone who can build a strong relationship with the girl and her family.
