**Pricing Strategy Manager**

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Strategy Manager to join our team at Unit4 NV. As a key member of our commercial finance team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing pricing strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Sales Leadership: Collaborate with senior sales leaders and internal stakeholders to develop and execute pricing strategies that meet business objectives.
- Deal Structuring and Risk Management: Provide expert guidance on deal structuring and risk management to ensure that contracts are commercially sound and compliant with internal controls.
- Financial Modeling and Proposal Support: Develop and maintain financial models to support sales proposals and ensure that they are aligned with business objectives.
- Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market analysis and research to identify trends and opportunities that can inform pricing strategies.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, legal, accounting, and operations teams to ensure that pricing strategies are aligned with business objectives and that contracts are executed efficiently.
- Project Management: Independently scope and complete project work to meet goals identified by management.
- 3-5 years' experience in pricing strategy, deal desk, bid management, commercial finance, sales financial analysis, or relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Outstanding analytical background with strong problem-solving skills.
- Great interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication.
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively to get results.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Ideal experience in working in a multinational environment.
- Experience in Dynamics 365 / Dealhub (or other CPQ Tools).
