This role is based in a vibrant city and offers a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary of £39,459 per annum.

About Brighter Places:

Brighter Places emerged from the merger of two housing associations, and we are dedicated to managing over 3,300 homes while striving to create brighter futures through the development of new housing.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support the Property Compliance Manager in executing safety servicing programs to ensure tenant safety and adherence to statutory obligations.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on compliance performance metrics.
  • Conduct data analysis to inform decisions and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation through effective policies and procedures.
  • Engage with contractors to uphold high standards of service delivery.
  • Address access challenges with tenants and coordinate necessary appointments for service visits.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of compliance and health and safety regulations.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, managing a team effectively.
  • Familiarity with landlord statutory compliance frameworks.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and the capacity to learn new systems.
  • Analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting.
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, and dedicated to high standards of professionalism.
  • Ability to foster trust and respect within the organization.
  • Valid driving license.
