**About the Role**

Tristone Nash is seeking an experienced and ambitious Head of Assets and Investments to play a pivotal role in helping to achieve all aspects of asset strategy and investment, compliance, and property repairs.

We are looking for a seasoned professional who has a genuine passion and interest in what they do and a demonstrable track record of leading asset and investment teams.

The role will involve all aspects of landlord health and safety, maintenance, and investment in homes and estates, developing commercial partnerships, and property and asset management strategies.

To be considered for this role, you will already have relevant experience of working in a similar role and organization, relevant professional qualifications, and be capable of providing balanced strategic advice and guidance, challenging the status quo, and being committed to working with partners and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategically manage the organization's asset investment and property repairs teams.
  2. Lead the delivery of planned investment, capital compliance, cyclical investment projects, and adaptations service.
  3. Lead on the effective management of the property investment contractors and suppliers, ensuring that maintenance and reinvestment projects are delivered on time and within budget while driving customer service.
  4. Develop and implement commercial partnerships to drive business growth and revenue.
  5. Provide strategic advice and guidance to senior management on asset and investment matters.

Requirements

  • Considerable experience and a demonstrable track record of achievement within an affordable housing organization.
  • Strong leadership skills with a strong business acumen and commercial focus.
  • Relevant professional qualifications and certifications.
  • Ability to provide balanced strategic advice and guidance.
