Position Overview
This is a Fixed Term Contract role that plays a crucial part in supporting our Property Management and Estate Services Teams.

Key Responsibilities
The primary objective of this position is to deliver contractual, administrative, and operational assistance to the Property Management and Estate Services Teams.

  • Lead the collection of pertinent estate services data for the performance evaluation of both internal and external contractors.
  • Collaborate with the Property and Estates Support Team Manager, Group DLO, and Fleet Manager to ensure timely payments to contractors and service providers for completed tasks.
  • Assist in gathering and reporting performance metrics alongside the Group Contracts and Standards Manager.
  • Support the implementation and operation of any IT systems utilized for external contractor management.
  • Contribute to monitoring and reporting on waste management in conjunction with relevant managers.
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders to effectively address service delivery inquiries and complaints, escalating issues to Property Managers and Contracts and Standards Managers as needed.

Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Experience in coordinating estate-related functions within social housing or multi-disciplinary settings.
  • A strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • The capability to accurately delegate tasks and ensure resolution.
  • Financial acumen and precision in managing relevant data sets, including service charge allocations.
  • Excellent telephone communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and empathy towards customers.
  • A proven track record of working under pressure to meet KPIs while delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines.
  • Experience in coordination and reporting functions.
  • A solid understanding of the challenges associated with estate management and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
