We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a General Manager Trainee. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of up to 8 Front of House Staff, catering to over 500 covers a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and train a team of Front of House Staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery
