Job Title: Case Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Worker to join our team in Swansea. As a Case Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred support to our service users, helping them to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

About the Role:

You will be working closely with our service users to identify their needs and develop tailored support plans. This will involve liaising with other agencies, such as landlords and homeless prevention teams, to ensure our service users receive the support they need to maintain their tenancies. You will also be responsible for supporting service users to manage their finances, promote their independence, and complete activities to build their self-esteem.

What You'll Need:
  • Experience in tenancy support, mental health, and working with vulnerable individuals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others and manage a caseload
  • UK driving license and access to a vehicle
