Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of welcome staff and volunteers to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure that our sites are well-run and safe.

  • Manage risk and ensure that our sites are compliant with National Trust policies and guidelines.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in visitor business, tourism, heritage, or relevant visitor services environment.
  • Natural curiosity about people and a passion for delivering high standards of customer service.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Confident leadership and adaptability under pressure.
  • Ability to initiate service recovery without senior support.
  • Good IT skills, including all MS Office applications.
