Trainee Trade Credit Account Handler/Broker

We are seeking a forward-thinking and enthusiastic individual to join our client's Credit Risk team at Angove Partners. This is an ideal role for a confident, personable, and hardworking individual to work in a dynamic and fast-growing specialty line of insurance.

About the Role:

This Trainee position will involve assisting with operational aspects of the business, servicing existing clients in the trade and commodities sectors, and acquiring and developing new clients. You will have the opportunity to work in a start-up environment, be part of a team/company build, and drive your own success.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks
  • Develop positive relationships and build trust with clients
  • Identify marketing opportunities and areas of growth
  • Plan the most appropriate insurance program for the client's demands and needs
  • Take control of your own day and drive your own success

About You:

  • Enthusiastic graduate with a real drive for business and a desire to build a career in the insurance market, especially within Trade Credit
  • Any internship experience within Insurance would be advantageous but not essential
  • Experience of working in high-pressure, multi-task, and customer-focused environments
  • Desire to get stuck in from Day 1 and use your own initiative

Additional Information:

  • Base Salary is £25,000 with OTE £35,000
  • Hybrid working after probation/training
