The Role

We are seeking a junior account manager to join our sales department, to meet the growing demand for our technology and services. As a junior account manager, you will be working with our merchants, helping them apply for funding for their business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Communicating with business owners daily, ensuring they have all the necessary information to submit their applications.
  • Explaining the financing offers we make and answering any questions the customer has throughout the process.
  • Working with a variety of enterprise technology platforms and YouLend proprietary solutions to process applications.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A target-orientated mindset with a strong sales background.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers via phone and email.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel.
