We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Assistant to join our team in the Hinckley, Burbage, and Nuneaton area. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients
  • Assist clients with medication management and administration
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs
  • Complete daily records and reports
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driving license
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
