NHS Scotland is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Bed Manager. This is a full-time position of 37 hours per week, with a shift pattern of Monday to Friday (initially).
Key Responsibilities- Work within Mental Health Services to provide leadership and advise on bed availability throughout the Board.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure service users have access to admission in their own locality team.
- Monitor bed usage on a daily basis and provide a comprehensive bed management system.
- Contribute to and support the implementation of a proactive bed management strategy.
