Job Title: Academic Program Coordinator

Intec Select is seeking an experienced Academic Program Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting programme delivery and business planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement programme management strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Provide guidance and support to programme/project leaders and their teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and tools to succeed.
  • Manage and maintain project templates and documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Develop and implement business planning processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in programme and project management, with a strong understanding of business planning and operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to inform business decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
