About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our growing team at IWSR, a leading provider of data and analytics solutions for the beverage alcohol industry. As a key member of our forecasting and analytics team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing advanced data models and machine learning algorithms to drive business growth and inform strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain complex data models and machine learning algorithms to forecast trends and outcomes in the beverage alcohol industry
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions to support business growth and strategy
  • Communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through compelling narratives, data visualizations, and reports
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI, and propose innovative solutions to enhance IWSR's capabilities
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Over 7 years of experience in delivering Data Science projects, utilizing Python programming, statistical and machine learning techniques, time series analysis, and data visualization
  • Strong passion for innovation and problem-solving, with the ability to think creatively and critically to tackle challenges and seize opportunities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to convey complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
