About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lab Scientist to join our team at Better Dairy. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness in our lab environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain data reports, batch records, and SOPs on digital filing systems and hard copy lab-notebooks.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the lab and surrounding areas.
  • Perform regular equipment maintenance and cleaning to ensure production capacity and quality.
  • Contribute to a high-performance team culture.
Requirements
  1. Strong knowledge of microbiology and aseptic technique.
  2. Independence in media preparation, generating and maintaining cell banks, and carrying out process QC.
  3. Independence in methods for protein analysis, such as protein gels and Western blots.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, proactive, and flexible.
