About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Accountable Recruitment. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients' financial needs and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial analysis and support to senior stakeholders across various contracts, including detailed analysis of financial and KPI reports.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to aid decision-making, including monthly and long-range forecasts and annual budgets.
  • Lead in the preparation of financial reports and presentations to stakeholders, including P+L analysis and KPI reporting.
  • Collaborate with operational leads to understand forecasting predictions and drive improved operational performance.
  • Monitor and analyze management account packs to identify areas for improvement and drive profitability.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives and scenario analysis to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and previous experience providing financial analysis to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong system skills using Microsoft Excel, with experience using Power BI desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
