About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our expanding Lettings Administration team at GKR International. As a Lettings Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the success of our administration team, leveraging your knowledge of property legislation to ensure exceptional compliance standards and achieving ambitious KPI targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deal Progression: Efficiently progress deals from offer to completion, meeting deadlines and adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Compliance and Risk: Uphold company policies and relevant legislation, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks.
  • Communication and Administration: Effectively answer calls, manage documents in Veco, and participate in meetings to keep the team informed.
  • Tenancy Management: Secure EPCs, safety checks, cleaning, and inventory checks for tenancies.
  • Booking and Follow-up: Ensure bookings are completed prior to or on the tenancy start date and follow up with relevant parties to ensure commitments are met.
  • Additional Tasks: Undertake additional administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • A detail-oriented individual who thrives in a high-volume environment.
  • Possesses exceptional organizational skills and excels in maintaining precision in all aspects of their work.
  • KPI and target driven.
  • Enjoys working in a collaborative setting, bringing a positive and can-do attitude to the team.
  • Comprehensive experience in a Lettings Administration/Coordination position.
  • ARLA qualified (desirable).
