Program Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Community Programmes Co-ordinator. This role will be responsible for creating, directing, and implementing policies and procedures for our outpatient services function.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure high-quality care and services for individuals.
- Coordinate and communicate with staff and various departments to ensure effective program delivery.
- Monitor, evaluate, and modify programs to ensure adherence to company guidelines and standards.
- Create functional strategies and specific objectives for the program and develop budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience of the Outpatient Services and solid knowledge of the overall process of a Mental Health Outpatient Clinic.
- Master's Degree in social work, psychology or another human services related field; license or license eligible is strongly preferred.
- At least 2 years of program supervisory experience as a qualified mental health professional.
- One-year clinical internship in the human services field.
