**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental Systems Specialist to join our team at Pioneer Selection. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSEC) management systems that align with current legislation and industry best practices.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement HSEC management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
* Collaborate with the Head of HSEC to maintain and update IMS documents and systems to meet long-term site and corporate standards
* Review and align corporate systems with Business Risk Management (BRM) to ensure compliance and efficiency
* Oversee and maintain the internal audit programme to ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and procedures
* Serve as the point of contact for accreditations and certifications, including ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 50001
* Host internal and external audits, managing relationships with certification and registration bodies
**Requirements**
* Strong experience in HSEC Systems
* Experience in a similar role
* Manufacturing experience
**What We Offer**
* Competitive salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
