Job Title: Vehicle Damage Assessor

**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our team at Rubber Duck Cars. As a key member of our Accident Repair Bodyshop, you will play a crucial role in producing accurate estimates and ensuring the safe and efficient repair of vehicles.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Produce initial and updated estimates for insurers and customers, ensuring that repairs can be carried out safely and to the correct specification
* Plan your workload effectively to meet agreed timescales
* Work skillfully and safely under pressure, adhering to manufacturer specifications
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and work independently with minimal supervision
* Continuously strive for high standards and customer satisfaction

**Technical Requirements**

* Maintain VDA Accreditation, Audatex, IMI Customer Service Practitioner Level 2, Level 3 ADAS, and IMIAL Level 3 Hybrid & Electric Vehicle standards
* Stay up-to-date with emerging technical knowledge and automotive developments

**Requirements**

* Minimum 3 years VDA experience
* Full and valid driving license
* Audatex experience
