**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our team at Rubber Duck Cars. As a key member of our Accident Repair Bodyshop, you will play a crucial role in producing accurate estimates and ensuring the safe and efficient repair of vehicles.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Produce initial and updated estimates for insurers and customers, ensuring that vehicle repairs can be carried out safely and to the correct specification.
* Plan your workload effectively to meet agreed timescales and work skillfully and safely under pressure.
* Carry out work in accordance with manufacturer's specifications and work as part of a team with minimal supervision.
* Ensure that all tasks carried out follow our Health and Safety guidelines and continually work to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind.

**Technical Requirements**

* Maintain the outcomes of VDA Accreditation, Audatex, IMI Customer Service Practitioner Level 2, Level 3 ADAS, and IMIAL Level 3 Hybrid & Electric Vehicle.
* Research emerging technical knowledge and automotive developments that may affect the repair following accident damage.

**Requirements**

* A minimum of 3 years VDA experience and a full and valid driving licence.
* Audatex experience is preferred.
