Job DescriptionPioneer Selection is Seeking a Press Operator

Salary: £40,000

Pioneer Selection is looking for a skilled Press Operator to join our team in Inverness. As a Press Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our plant and machinery, ensuring top-quality standards and adherence to Health and Safety policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate & Maintain Machinery: Ensure all plant and machinery meet expected standards and are properly maintained to prevent downtime and ensure efficient production.
  • Monitor & Control Production: Monitor production levels and adjust as necessary to meet quality and productivity standards.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth production and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Adhere to Health & Safety Policies: Ensure all Health and Safety policies are followed to prevent accidents and injuries.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Press Operator in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of plant and machinery operation, maintenance, and repair. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
