Quant Trading Operations Engineer

Job Summary
Quant Capital is seeking a highly skilled Graduate Trading Desk Operations Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our trading operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of trades and providing technical support to our traders.
Key Responsibilities
- Interface with various groups within the business to ensure accurate trade reflection in all systems
- Conduct research and develop solutions to automate processes and improve trade execution
- Collaborate with traders, researchers, and technical teams to align technical solutions with business needs
- Develop and maintain technical systems and tools to support trading operations
- Provide technical support to traders and other stakeholders
Requirements
- Strong background in applied mathematics or engineering
- Excellent problem-solving skills and logical thought processes
- Proficiency in programming languages such as VBA, Ruby, Go, Lua, Scala, Python, or C++
- Experience with Excel and data analysis
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
