Quant Trading Operations Engineer

Job Summary
Quant Capital is seeking a highly skilled Graduate Trading Desk Operations Engineer- Quant Trading to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of trades and providing technical support to our traders and researchers.
Key Responsibilities
- Interface with various groups within the business to ensure accurate trade reflection in all systems.
- Conduct research and develop solutions to automate processes and improve trade execution.
- Collaborate with traders, researchers, and technical teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Develop and maintain technical solutions to support trade execution and analysis.
- Provide technical support to traders and researchers on trade-related issues.
Requirements
- A strong background in applied mathematics or engineering.
- Excellent Excel skills and logical thought processes.
- A STEM degree from a top-ranked university.
- An interest in coding and experience with programming languages such as VBA, Ruby, Go, Lua, Scala, Python, or C++.
- An appetite for delivering solutions to complex problems.
