Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at CV Technical. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are adhered to at all times.
- Maintain plant and associated equipment on site, performing routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Provide liaison support to shift teams, communicating any significant issues or concerns.
- Monitor equipment condition, identifying areas requiring additional PM work and communicating accordingly.
- Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) projects to conclusion, implementing changes that improve efficiency and productivity.
- Support the management of maintenance costs, ensuring effective use of resources.
- Report and monitor all maintenance actions in a proactive manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering, with experience in maintenance and repair. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicating clearly and concisely with colleagues and management.
