Clymac, a leading provider of Fire & Security Systems in the UK, is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team in Loughborough. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and label incoming stock accurately and efficiently
- Pick and pack orders with precision and attention to detail
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to optimize storage and minimize waste
- Perform regular stock checks to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety procedures
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, including receiving and processing shipments
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects, with a focus on maintaining a safe working environment
- Basic computer skills, with experience in inventory management software an asset
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures and protocols
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management
