Business Analysis / Process Improvement / Retail / Supply Chain / Logistics

This role is working for a multi-national organisation in the retail sector, joining their Supply Chain & Logistics department to work on a range of exciting projects, acting as the lead Business Systems Analyst within the team and having a strong impact on the department. The hiring manager is looking for a Business Systems Analyst who has experience working on Process Improvement projects whilst demonstrating the core skills of Gathering Requirements, AS-IS & TO-BE, creating user stories etc.

I'm looking to speak and meet with individuals who have demonstrable experience working as a Business Analyst on a range of IT projects and possess the capabilities needed to be successful in this role. Personality is a crucial factor to this role and I'm looking for individuals who have excellent communication skills and an enthusiastic nature.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Writing clear requirements that can be easily translated into technical requirements
  • Clear and precise process maps that provide a thorough understanding of mapped processes
  • Preparing business analysis documentation
  • Supporting in testing and execution
  • Liasing with stakeholders, communicating complex technical concepts effectively to stakeholders of varying technical understanding

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst
  • Experience working within the Retail, Logistics or Supply Chain sectors preferable but not essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
