SENIOR ARCHITECTURAL TECHNICIAN/TECHNICAL ARCHITECT

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Design Technician to join our established technical team in Cardiff. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects from stage 3 to completion.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to lead projects on behalf of clients, including liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors. They will also have strong technical skills, with the ability to produce and coordinate drawings and documentation using Autodesk Revit (ideally to BIM level 2).

The key responsibilities of this role will include:

  1. Leading projects from stage 3 to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  2. Producing and coordinating drawings and documentation using Autodesk Revit, with a focus on delivering projects to BIM Level 2.
  3. Monitoring quality and coordination of drawing information, ensuring project delivery in line with the programme.
