A leading Fylde Coast company is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join their team on a fixed-term contract for a minimum period of 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the payroll system to ensure accurate reporting and implement changes as required.
- Support the Head of Payroll with the calculation and communication of the annual salary and bonus review, and other ad-hoc projects as needed.
- Collaborate with the Finance department to provide data for budget preparation, analyze monthly costs, and reconcile relevant GL accounts.
- Provide accurate and timely information to pension scheme administrators relating to year-end schedules and renewal data.
- Continual improvement and development of payroll processes and systems.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have experience in managing high-volume payrolls (in excess of 300), a strong understanding of both manual and computerized payroll systems, and good knowledge of up-to-date legislation is mandatory.
