About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Events Coordinator to join our team at Twenty Nine Consultantcy Ltd. As an Events Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and management of promotional events across Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Planning and Management: Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and objectives for each event, ensuring all logistical aspects are covered, from venue selection to setup and teardown.
  • Sales Activation: Actively promote client products and services during events, utilizing effective sales techniques to engage attendees and drive conversions.
  • Customer Engagement: Build rapport with event attendees through meaningful conversations, addressing inquiries, and highlighting the benefits of the offerings.
  • Team Leadership: Lead event teams in executing promotional activities, ensuring that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities to deliver a seamless experience.
  • Brand Representation: Serve as a brand ambassador for our clients, effectively communicating their mission and values to event attendees to enhance brand loyalty.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales data from events, providing insightful feedback to clients and team members to improve future initiatives.
  • Problem Solving: Address any challenges that arise during events swiftly and effectively, maintaining a positive experience for both clients and attendees.
Requirements:
  • Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK.
  • Ability to work full-time, including weekends and evenings, as needed for various events.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for engaging and inspiring people.
  • Previous experience in event coordination, sales, or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory—we provide thorough training.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
