Community Care Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Deputy Domiciliary Care Manager in evaluating and addressing feedback regarding service quality and client satisfaction.
  • Manage documentation and administrative tasks: including conducting quality assessments and audits. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including but not limited to GDPR, CQC, HSE, and Local Authority requirements.
  • Oversee team management and motivation - ensure adequate staffing levels; coordinate schedules; manage payroll and timesheets as needed.
  • Serve as the primary contact for new residents - facilitate their transition and ongoing reviews - and provide support for various inquiries related to resident care packages, including complex care needs.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders both within and outside of St Monica Trust.
  • Assist the care team with various duties including care, housekeeping, and laundry tasks (complex care, medication administration, personal care, mobility support, etc.). Fulfill scheduled on-call responsibilities.
  • Act in place of the Deputy Domiciliary Care Manager when necessary.


Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £30,205.50 per annum
