PRS, a leading entity in the data centre sector, is seeking a versatile Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Shift Engineer to join their team in Central London. This role involves working on a 24/7 continental shift schedule, encompassing both day and night rotations. The successful candidate will be responsible for both scheduled and emergency maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems within a critical infrastructure environment.

The anticipated salary for this position ranges from £46,000 to £48,000, complemented by a robust benefits package that includes a discretionary performance bonus, private healthcare, a pension plan, and guaranteed overtime opportunities.

Ideal candidates will possess full qualifications in either electrical or mechanical engineering, ideally obtained through a comprehensive apprenticeship program, along with a minimum of five years of experience in building services maintenance. Experience in critical environments such as corporate headquarters or data centres is preferred. In addition to core technical certifications, further qualifications such as City & Guilds 2391, LV/HV authorisation, and F-Gas certification will be advantageous. Candidates should have a solid understanding of the following systems:
