Front of House Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Front of House Receptionist to join our client's team. As a key member of the front desk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

About the Role:
  • Welcome visitors with a friendly attitude and direct them as needed.
  • Answer, screen, and route phone calls professionally.
  • Manage appointments and maintain meeting schedules.
  • Handle mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Keep the reception area tidy and organized and assist with basic administrative tasks like filing and data entry.
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and reorder when necessary.
  • Support security by maintaining visitor logs and controlling access.
  • Provide excellent customer service, both in person and on the phone.
About You:
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with Zenoti Booking software would be desirable, not essential.
  • Prior experience in a similar role or customer service-oriented position is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
