About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Selwood. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing profitable hire revenues in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales and rental services to customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive sales and marketing efforts.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and business development activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and drive sales and rental growth across the region.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of sales and business development success in a similar industry or role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-driven sales and business development.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams communications.
  • IT proficient, with experience using sales management systems and internal systems.
