Care-at-Home Manager

At Healthcare Homes, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Care-at-Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential care home. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents, while also driving business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of the care home, including quality and governance, retention and recruitment, and financial performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident care and satisfaction, while maintaining CQC compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent care delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a nursing home setting, with a strong track record of meeting CQC standards.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to drive business growth and excellence.
  • Ability to create a compassionate and respectful environment for staff and residents.
