Job Title: Audit & Advisory Practice Manager

About the Role:

Hamilton Barnes is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager to join our rapidly expanding managed service provider. As a Practice Manager, you will play a key role in delivering customer consulting services and assisting the Head of Consulting Services with running the division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality audit, advisory, and strategy services to customers, providing leadership to consultants and developing the team.
  • Interact with the sales team to ensure new business is scoped appropriately for delivery.
  • Manage customer engagements and be responsible for the quality and timeliness of work delivered.
  • Deliver high-quality engagements to customers and deliver real value to them.
  • Be responsible for the audit, advisory, and strategy financial targets and understand how these impact the overall department budgets.

Requirements:

  • 6 to 8 years of security/IT experience.
  • 5 years of information security consulting experience (desirable).
  • Certified ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor qualification(s) or other relevant information security qualifications.
