Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting individuals with daily living tasks, such as cooking, laundry, and personal care
- Encouraging participation in activities, such as swimming, shopping, and social events
- Assisting with household chores and maintaining a safe and clean environment
- Working collaboratively with the Lifeways team to develop and implement personalized support plans
We offer a range of contracts, including full-time, part-time, and sessional/bank hours, to accommodate your needs and preferences. Our shift pattern rota includes some weekend working, but we strive to provide a flexible and supportive work environment.
As a Support Worker with Lifeways, you will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, including a funded qualification in health and social care. You will also be part of a dedicated team that is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of our service users.
