Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Lettings Negotiator to join our team at GCB Recruitment. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for liaising between tenants and landlords to negotiate terms of tenancy and renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with tenants and landlords to negotiate tenancy agreements and renewals.
  • Build strong relationships with tenants and landlords to ensure a smooth rental process.
  • Match tenants with suitable properties and provide them with detailed property information.
  • Coordinate viewings and conduct property tours.
  • Identify new business opportunities and take proactive steps to secure new clients.
  • Handle tenant move-ins and ensure a seamless transition.
  • Process offers and negotiate terms.
  • Respond to incoming calls and queries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Basic IT skills and proficiency in using property management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong customer service skills and a personable approach.
  • Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle.
