Key Responsibilities:- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide expert advice and support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Inventory Management: Ensure all back-of-house stock maintenance processes are adhered to, including data and report generation to meet customer demand and manufacturer guidelines.
- Order Processing: Prepare and process orders for parts picking and collection/delivery, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Stock Management: Monitor and maintain all elements of stock levels in accordance with established processes.

- Excellent Communication Skills: Respond to customer inquiries, provide prices and availability, and advise on best value options for service parts.

- Technical Skills: Proficient in using inventory management systems and software.
- Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
