Compensation: The salary range for this position is between £65,000 - £75,000, complemented by a cash/car allowance, performance bonus, private healthcare, and up to 6% matched pension contributions.

Team Background: The Consumer Finance team was formed three years ago following a strategic acquisition and has recently commenced operations with two new entities, introducing innovative products and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure financial operations are rigorously controlled and adhere to Group policies.
  • Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of all internal and external financial reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with the CFO of Consumer Finance and the broader Finance team.
  • Provide mentorship and support to a Financial Analyst, fostering their professional development.

Candidate Profile:

  • The ideal candidate will be a qualified Financial Accountant with a minimum of two years of post-qualification experience.
  • Experience with the Oracle suite of consolidation tools (FCCS) is essential.
  • Possess a robust understanding of financial controls and a commitment to compliance.
  • Demonstrate the ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines during critical reporting periods.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with other finance professionals and supporting Group reporting requirements.
