We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at One Retail. As a Barista, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food: Our Baristas are responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, as well as offering food and beverage recommendations to our customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace: Our Baristas are responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the bar area and surrounding areas.
  • Process transactions and handle customer payments: Our Baristas are responsible for processing transactions and handling customer payments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service: Our Baristas are responsible for providing exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work effectively as part of a team: Our Baristas work closely with other team members to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly.
  • Learn and develop new skills: Our Baristas have the opportunity to learn and develop new skills, including brewing methods, beverage blends, and food preparation and presentation techniques.
  • Represent One Retail: Our Baristas are ambassadors for One Retail and are responsible for representing our brand in a positive and professional manner.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations: Our Baristas are responsible for complying with health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Our ideal Barista candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
