We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Barista. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality beverages and food products, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities- Provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers in line with our recipe and presentation standards
- Support with store procedures including, opening, or closing the store, cash handling, and safety and security
- Support your fellow partners during periods of high volume to keep the store operating
- Anticipate and deliver on your customer and store needs by getting to know your store environment and customers
- Deliver legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and creating genuine connections
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace for your customers and partners
- 28 days holiday a year (including Bank Holidays)
