About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part Time Finance Manager to join our team at Dovetail Recruitment. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our business, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the financial planning and budgeting process
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Provide financial guidance and support to other departments
Requirements:
- Proven experience in financial management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of circa £30,000 PA pro rata
- 22 days holiday + bank holidays
- Free parking on-site

Working Hours:
2-3 days per week around 25 hours, with the possibility of more hours for the right person.
