About You

We are looking for a highly experienced Paid Social Business Director with exceptional knowledge and technical experience across Paid Social. You will have:

  • Exceptional experience in leading a paid social team that consistently delivers work on time with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Exceptional knowledge and technical experience across Paid Social, with the ability to demonstrate thought leadership, up-to-date certifications, and deep knowledge of paid social platforms, products, and strategies.
  • Previous/current experience managing large accounts, resource allocation, and providing effective line management with constructive feedback.
  • Strong project management skills, handling multiple tasks and priorities for yourself and your team.
  • The ability to simplify complex ideas and communicate strategies clearly to clients and stakeholders.
