Assistant Planner

Aldwych Consulting Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Planner to join their team. As an Assistant Planner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and development of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain construction programmes, including activity-based lists of sequential works with milestones, start/finish dates, durations, critical paths, resources, and labour/plant/material resources.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address potential changes and obstacles to the programme.
- Analyse potential programme risks, develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions to project schedules, and provide recommendations and solutions to keep projects on track.
- Support the estimating/commercial team and quantity surveyors to advise on project progress and change in commercial events/improvements.
