About the Role:

We at Best Practice Network are dedicated to providing exceptional education and training to support the growth and development of early years professionals. As an Early Years Educator - Training and Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of education by supporting and training educational professionals to be the best they can be.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Completing termly skills reviews with trainees to identify skills and knowledge gaps against the EYITT curriculum themes.
  • Developing and taking responsibility for the delivery of individual training plans tailored to trainees' needs.
  • Assessing and providing feedback to learners using an online system.
  • Supporting the delivery of training using approved training resources to cover curriculum themes.
  • Providing mental health and wellbeing support to trainees.
  • Ensuring that any necessary placements are arranged and attended, giving suggestions for schools/settings if required.

Requirements:

  • Have up-to-date Early Years industry knowledge.
  • Have strong IT skills and be willing to work with online systems.
  • Hold a full driving licence, have own vehicle and be willing to travel to different settings.
